With access to our secure employer website, you can

Create an online account
Follow these simple instructions to register for the secure employer website today.
STEP 1

Call the Premera help desk to set up your account. The help desk representative can verify your access with a few simple questions.

Pemera help desk: 800-722-9780 (TTY: 771), available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Pacific Time.

STEP 2

Once you’ve verified your access through the help desk, you’ll receive an email with a unique registration link. This registration link is the key to your account access. Complete and submit the registration form within the link to finish creating your account.

STEP 3

You’re in! As the group administrator, you manage who gets access to your secure employer account and what they can see or do once they’re inside. Your secure employer account contains all the tools needed to easily manage your Premera benefits plan.

Premera offers a suite of communication templates ready to share with your employees before and during your open enrollment period.
